The project is located in Tbilisi, on Chitaia Street, in the historical preservation zone on the left bank of the Mtkvari River. The goal of the design is to create a building whose architectural form harmoniously blends with the local historical context.

The geometric shapes, height, and facade materials of the proposed building positively contribute to the existing urban fabric. Its design embodies the principles of contemporary architecture while fully integrating with and enhancing the historical heritage of the surrounding environment.The facade is finished with German-made white clinker brick tiles, which, through a modern interpretation, combine the old and new architectural languages. Another key element is the wooden doors and windows, which, with their warm tones and textures, play a significant role in the building's visual composition.

The building is constructed using a frame-based monolithic reinforced concrete system, ensuring structural strength and providing the project with a modern construction solution that is adapted to the architectural requirements of the city.
