The main goal of the proposed design concept was not only to create a visually distinctive and memorable architectural statement but also to view the Arena from an urban perspective and integrate it harmoniously into its surroundings.
The site is located on the grounds of the existing “Gori Dila” stadium, which currently does not meet UEFA Category IV standards.
The Arena is open, providing optimal views of Gori, particularly toward New Garden Park to the south and Gori Fortress to the north. Architectural interventions were kept minimal to preserve the stadium’s open character and maintain visual connections with the surrounding environment.
Commercial spaces, cafés, and fitness areas along the stadium’s perimeter ensure that the arena becomes a part of everyday life. Pedestrian pathways, alternative parking and landscaped surroundings support easy circulation within the city and promote the stadium’s organic integration into its context.
The 8,000-seat arena is designed to stand out and become a new landmark in the city.
