The project area is located at an altitude of 560 meters above sea level, on Marabda street in Bagebi.

The area built on the slope terrain, is distinguished by its convenient proximity to the city center. Functionally, it is mainly loaded with individual and multi-apartment residential houses.

The area of the project plot is 288 square meters and it has a steep terrain (the difference between the extreme points is 2.19 meters). The plot is bordered on the right and left by individual residential houses, and on the opposite side of the road there is a multi-apartment residential building.

The project envisages the placement of an individual two-room residential house on the given plot of land. While working on the design, we aimed to create a building that is distinct in character from the existing development, but well recorded in scale. The building consists of five floors. There is a garage for two cars on the ground floor. The upper four floors are occupied by two residential apartments.

The architectural appearance of the building is of strict symmetrical geometric character. Different paving materials are harmoniously combined with each other.

The ground floor is made of plain light-colored stone, and the living floors are covered with bricks. The window openings are framed with metal plates, which adds dynamism to the facade. Such simplicity of architectural language is an attempt to bring some balance to the eclectic development of Marabda Street.
