Located in the Vake district of Tbilisi, in G.Danelia Str. this site became the place where we created a contemporary residential complex that harmoniously blends with nature while meeting the demands of modern living.
While working on the project, we prioritized three key aspects: naturalness, sustainability and harmony. The Spark City Complex is the realization of this vision - fully equipped with all the necessities of modern life, yet closely connected to nature and designed as a comfortable living environment for its residents.
The surrounding landscape and the site’s topography played a defining role in shaping the concept of the complex. The sloped terrain was planned using a terraced principle, adding spatial dynamics and enhancing the natural character of the environment.
A distinctive feature of the project is its 22,300 m² internal green park, which brings together recreational areas, children’s playgrounds and sports zones.
