The project area is located in the area of Lake Nuri and the Black Sea coast. Between May 25,  Rustaveli, Vazha Pshavela and Kldiashvili streets. The quarter built on a flat terrain is developing in the northeast of Batumi Boulevard and is distinguished by its important historical location.

This part of the city is full of residential, cultural and hotel type buildings. Unfortunately, since the beginning of the century, the uncontrolled exploitation of the straight terrain, formed an uneven horizon of the city and broke the scale dictated by the development of the historic center. 

The residential house project envisages the placement of a gracefully recorded building in a chaotic neighborhood. The project plot of land is spread over 381 sq.m. The project includes one underground and 8 above-ground floors. The contour of the building plan is determined by the narrow shape of the plot and within the framework of the given situation, it takes into account the conceptual and spatial solutions of a comfortable and modern apartment as much as possible.

The eclectic character of the environment allowed us to create a residential complex with  a distinctly different character from the surrounding buildings. The building has a unified, undivided, light appearance, which, we hope, will play a positive role in shaping of the modern urban fabric and enliven the environment.

In the creation of the architectural face of the project building, the main role of the facing material is combined with the minimalist geometry. Glazed, black terracotta tiles are used as the main finishing material, which will reflect the sun of the city during the day, and will become imperceptible, almost invisible at dusk.

The south facade of the project building is deaf, it falsely repeats the geometry of the front-main facade, thereby adding interesting dynamics to the monochromatic wall and becoming an important decorative element of the architecture.
